Le Petit Marche will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within 24 hours once parcel has been signed for - confirmation of claim can be done either by phone call or email. With particular respect to items that arrived broken or damaged, damage must be advised within 24 hours .
PLEASE ENSURE ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER THAT YOU IMMEDIATELY CHECK FOR ANY DAMAGE AND INFORM US IMMEDIATELY. Le Petit Marche will not offer replacement for damaged/broken items after the 24hr period after receipt of goods has lapsed.

In order to process your return of goods, please be sure to include the following information:
- The order number
- The reason for the return
- Your day time phone number
To return any item for any reason the customer must arrange for return postage by Australia Post.
Delivery costs (including packaging and handling fees) are not refundable. Our exchange policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as Le Petit Marche cannot be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in the post.
